| The best way to introduce a young person
to the sport of climbing is through one of Vertical Relief's climbing teams.
There are teams available for climbers of all ages and abilities. No experience
or additional equipment required! Motivated team climbers will: learn how to
set and achieve goals, develop climbing skills, increase their strength,
flexibility and endurance, meet other climbers their age and improve overall
fitness. Plus, climbing is a lot of fun. Teams can fill up quickly, so it's
important to register at least one week prior to start dates. |

Scramblers is a great way to introduce a young child
to climbing in a fun, non-competitive environment. Practices focus on having
fun while learning the skills needed to grow as climbers. Each session runs for
8 weeks and includes 9 practices. Recommended for children ages 5-10. |

| Team Ascent |
|
Ascent is the perfect team for climbers ages 11 to 16. Throughout
the semester, team members will receive individualized workouts and one-on-one
coaching to reach their climbing goals. Climbers will have the opportunity to
learn more advance climbing skills and climb outside. Each session runs for 21
weeks. Recommended for children ages 11-17. |

Team Powe is open to climbers of all ages who have the ability and motivation to climb and train hared. Our strongest and most motivated climbers form this team.
